The B.C. Supreme Court has ruled against Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou
in a major decision Wednesday morning. The decision by Justice Heather
Holmes, means Meng must stay in Canada and keep fighting the U.S.
extradition order.
Global News' Nadia Stewart has the details of the decision.


Also, immigration lawyer Richard Kurland talked to the media outside the courthouse about what the next steps could look like in Wanzhou's case, but Kurland said this is not good for the Huawei executive.
