this entity may peak
if the drug is killing people they could end it early
if the drug were doing so well it was immoral to give people placebo they could end it early

regardless you do not want a trial ended early - you want a trial to go to completion AND that is for a 300 powered ( person ) trial

a 75 person trial - there is absolutely no possible way you want to unblind early -----

You need patients to power it - its tiny in the first place

---- NOW NP would only want to unblind early if they were in desperate need of cash = financing to finance other trials

I see absolutely no need or desire to want to unblind early --- except for unanticipated delay such that he needs the money
