I believe that with respect to data lock, DI told (or emailed) someone on the board that if NWBO finds it necessary to delay data lock, they will inform us of that. This suggests to me that if such a delay is not announced, data lock will go into effect by the end of this month or perhaps no more than a few days later.

In that case, NWBO would not feel that the company needs a PR or a different type of announcement. JMO.

If this is not correct please let me (and others) know.
