This is literally why this stock is moving. The stupidity. Amazon partnered with many logistics companies. They partner on whoever can give them the best rates for the service. Looking at TLSS finanicials, they might aswell deliver shipments for free when the cost of generating revenue is almost identical. Amazon is not in the trucking or logistics industry. They will literally save tons more money partnering with logistics companies than running a fleet of their truck or a company like tlss. Amazon dictates the rates on shipping their packages and bet you they are geting the ultra best rates considering how many trucking logistics company are biding over their business. Even US post got the short end of the stick. Buyout is slim chance. Especially buying one out a company that has accumulated losses of well over 50 million dollars.
