What if you open a party and nobody comes. California's Governor is allowing filming to begin on Monday . . . . . but crickets, no production companies are yet willing to take on the risk and will continue waiting. I doubt any insurance company will issue film production-loss insurance currently. Only "reality shows" will film without interruption insurance. "The Blacklist" television show with James Spader finished their half-shot final episode by interspersing animated story-boards in between the scenes already filmed, which was interesting. Actors did the voice-overs from home. Most series film much further in advance, but actors with other engagements had pushed the filming on this show. Businesses adapt. We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
