lol - I suspect you are right. Interest waned around the time of the recession.
Plus UBSS stopped making a market in OTC derivatives.
I saw a bunch of them simply go Grey. LBWR, ACCR, FTFY, LMGR, ETC...
No suspension. No drama. Just greyness.
I’m sure the same thing happened to VNTN.
Ready for my theories on why this G2P Phenomenon is happening?
OTCM doesn’t want the rule change. Right?
So the more stocks that are trading
the louder the yell/push back from the people holding these No Info Pinks. If they try to change the rules they want an army of screaming investors. The more the better.
That’s my first theory.
My second theory has to do with making money. I presume they (OTCM) are getting a lot of pressure to turn these stocks back on before it’s too late. Some market makers are probably holding shares they bought for .000001. The window to move them might be closing.
Also, the more companies trading the more money the market makers can make. Light them up while we know there is still time to trade them. That’s what I’m thinking they are thinking.
Which — of course — could mean I am completely wrong on both assumptions.
Maybe OTCM is just turning them Pink so old bag holders have a chance to exit after being grey for over a decade.
