I had originally stated that here after the DC decision but the board corrected me. As long as there is an equivalent generic medication, even if its not FDA approved to be used for the RI indication, the generic form is Tier1 and that is what gets filled by the pharmacy, regardless of what the doctor prescribed it for. That's why this has been so tragic.
