Yep you're right on SEAC. It was that 8K filing shortly after the CC that was extremely negative. Almost as concerning as the scary language in the 8K was that the CFO didn't seem to understand the 10K filing deadline. Yikes. So the CEO was caught lying and the CFO was incompetent. Not a good combo! I bailed right after that. Thought I posted some responses to that 8K filing, but I guess it was over on Yahoo. There wasn't much discussion here so must've figured nobody still had it. Sorry I ever brought this dog to the board. Never traded right (even with that great Q3 and guidance for a monster Q4). I lost a bundle. Maybe we can get a few pennies back in the shareholder lawsuit.
