"Recently", if recently means two years earlier (2017)

Why would this company say this?? Wonder who is supplying these to the Air Force??

That's an interesting link at the JGB site. JGB USA International may be the company manufacturing the final product for the Air Force, with PCTI being a sub-vendor for the frequency converter used in the system.

If one googles the first sentence ("PCTI recently supplied a very innovative ground power solution ...") in the description on the JGB site, one of the links it to a PCTI blog entry from April 26, 2019. The first paragraph in that blog entry is exactly the same as shown on the JGB site, so it's obvious that JGB copied it from PCTI's site.

That would make it appear that this testing happened in 2019, but there is a link at the end of the blog post that goes to the original article about the completion of the testing, which was published on the Edwards Air Force Base news page (at the USAF site) on Feb 23, 2017. (Note that one of the photos in the Edwards AFB article was used in PCTI's blog post.)

That article was published more than two years before PCTI issued the blog post, which hardly qualifies as "recently".

Putting that aside, the Edwards article states that the HEF Line Cart pathfinder/concept demonstrator was built by Concurrent Technology Corporation, and PCTI isn't mentioned in the article, which again points to PCTI as a sub-vendor on the project.

Representatives from the Air Force Research Laboratory Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, Concurrent Technology Corporation — the contractor that built the power supply — and the 412th MXLS successfully ran the unit through its paces on the Edwards flightline, testing it with an F-16, a KC-135, and the biggest power draw, a C-17.

Perhaps Concurrent built it for JGB, but JGB isn't mentioned in the article, either.

The 2017 test of the demonstrator appeared to go well. Has the USAF placed orders for production units?

More research is called for.
