Cases involving 'obviousness' and 'infringement'

For what it's worth...some light weekend reading if nothing else.

The attached is a pretty good site from the law firm, Finnegan.

Under 'OUR INSIGHTS' there are 92 articles that dissect patent litigation trials. A lot of the articles discuss OBVIOUSNESS / INFRINGEMENT / PRIOR ART, etc.

I have read a number of these, but not all. Some of the cases are similar to AMRN's regarding infringement and obviousness. There is at least one where court ruled in favor of generics on obviousness and also ruled that they would be infringing (moot point since 'obviousness invalidated the patent). Sound familiar?? Appellate court affirmed the decision.

Some interesting stuff here if you would like to bone up on patent law and some decisions that have previously taken place. You have to click 'more' to have additional articles pop up.
