If there's any legitimate questions about American Green, feel free to ask. There is an established due diligence crew here on this board that has been watching this stock for years to help investors make a decision on whether or not this is a solid investment.

For example, did you know American Green purchased the town on Nipton, CA back in August 2017? It spent $5 million on the town, then another $2.5 million on improvements. That money was solely funded by issuing shares. The idea was to turn the town into a marijuana mecca. Well, the due diligence crew on this board revealed that you can't even sell marijuana in Nipton. Or buy it.

The town squeaked on for another year or so, racked up tons of debt for shareholders, and then eventually fell through when American Green failed to pay the mortgage with absolutely nothing to show for it or return value to shareholders. They foreclosed on the property and it was a tremendous waste of time and money which is a main factor in why the company has so many shares outstanding. A $2.2 million dollar convertible note was issued after all, and we are still seeing the effects today. Many believe, myself included, Nipton was just an excuse to issue millions of dollars worth of shares and generate enough hype to dump them. There never was any intention of doing what they said, or they would have chosen a different location and not an unincorporated town that is under San Bernardino County regulations.

It was all a huge scam, just like their vending machine division, and I would suggest anyone who is considering investing longterm in this stock to just stop and take a moment to review they historical press releases and see how many of those actually came to fruition. Stop and look at their financial reports and see where their debt is coming from, how they are paying for it, and how much revenue the company is bringing in. We won't even get started on who they are selling these convertible notes to... (Hint: current or former American Green employees in shell companies like Sunrise Communications and 10th Planet Partners.)

Also, if you really want to dive deep into who is running this scam, look up SunnComm and the DRM fiasco that cost millions. That's what American Green used to go by.

Don't fall for the hype.
