Mo should be worried. Slapping your brand in front someone else's doesn't necessarily negate infringement. The standard is "likely to confuse." IF QMC started selling hamburgers, they couldn't call them QDX™ Big Mac.

Besides there are two "Healthid" trademarks live.

Yup. Happens all the time. The question is not the use of the same name. It's the use of the name in a manner that's likely to confuse. One of them is close enough that the owner of the registered mark might have a problem with it.
