Got some feedback from my research analyst on GNCC. She says that not much time has elapsed since their latest corporate actions. That it sounds like Bright Green may be waiting on certain laws to pass prior to proceeding with business plans, or still dealing with regulatory agencies, that due to COVID19 are moving at a snails pace. Also, there may be some issues still being worked out with the Acoma tribe, etc.

Below is my latest GNCC DD, which might not be much, but all I could come up with at the moment:

I recently emailed CEO and attempted to call phone number to get a status update. The Canada number seemed to have restrictions, at least with my phone service. No response yet.
This is the CEO number I have: 519-999-7410
This is the CEO email: ceo@brightgreeninc.com
Maybe someone else can get a response, or an update. I can try a different number if someone has, or email.

Also, it may be that they are in a "quiet period" and can not discuss any details, or that GNCC is no longer a viable option for them. However, as I understand, Lynn Stockwell still has a very substantial vested interest in GNCC. So I have to assume they still have plans for this, as well as CEO stating that "in any event" they will be taking GNCC shareholders with BG.

Last response from CEO was June of last year - basically stating they are in the "final stages" that addresses the GNCC people. That in their plan there is a formula that every GNCC current shareholder will maintain some ownership.

Also last year, I learned GNCC has almost as many shares as BG, and that BG "Corporation" has a present valuation of more than $2 BILLION. - (That was a pleasant surprise)

Bright Green Corporation, is still ACTIVE and in good standing, and all listed officers remain unchanged, according to NMSOS. Date of Authority in NM: 9/10/2019.
Principal Place of Business in New Mexico for the BG "Corporation", as of September 2019 is: 1033 George Hanosh Blvd., Grants, NM

I noticed the later part of last year, that BG had partnered with CSC Global which specializes in Mergers.

BG was very busy last year moving a lot of entities around, as evidenced by NMSOS filings/updates. BG was dissolving, reinstating, then dissolving again multiple companies under the BG umbrella. Looked like a lot of prep work to me for whatever they were planning on. Have no idea what's happening now.

We may just wake up one day to find out a deal was consummated, and that our shares have been re-valued/re-calculated with new shares in new BG company listed on NASDAQ or Dow Jones.

I noticed Bright Green Group(different from its parent, Bright Green Corporation) entities were dissolved for tax clearance purposes, and that BG got an extension due to COVID19. Also, COVID19 may have impacted their business plans, or timelines.

A tax clearance is required by the Secretary of State if a corporation's charter is administratively dissolved and the corporation wishes to be reinstated, or if the corporation is filing Articles of Voluntary Dissolution, Withdrawal, Termination, or Merger. A tax clearance is also required for a financial closing or sale of a business. Obtain the clearance certificate before you file the proper applications with the Secretary of State's office.

The most recent activity I can find on BG are some filed patents as indicated below:

GNCC still "appears" to be in play, but it would sure be wonderful to have some sort of status update, or confirmation of such. This thinly traded stock has pretty much bottomed out with sporadic trading activity.
