Good question. Enron was a political artificial ballooning excess as an excuse for service and manufactured crisis.
This is a well oiled necessary medical operation in a dire time for their services of 200 hospitals.
There are concerns of too much expected services for free because of the emergency nature disrupting management. So far this is not the case IMO and they have crested the curve.
