Lime Time....a company can change its company name and ticker as many times as they want, subject to FINRA processing their requests. Some companies reverse split every time they change their name and ticker while some other companies do not.

Investors should be concerned with name and ticker changes IF the purported business operations also change, though I don't know if that is the case with Hemp Technology.
