Richard Mah
Mr. Mah, served as Director of Weapons Design & Manufacturing at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Mr. Mah serves as Associate Laboratory Director of Nuclear Weapons Engineering and Manufacturing. In this capacity, he is the senior executive responsible for overseeing the engineering and manufacturing aspects of the nuclear weapons program in fulfillment of the stockpile stewardship mission at Los Alamos.
Mr. Mah has management oversight of the Nuclear Materials Technology Division, the Engineering Sciences and Application Division and the Integrated Product Team for Pit Manufacturing. He is a registered professional engineer through the State of California. He received the Laboratory Distinguished Performance Award and the DOE Award of Excellence in acknowledgement of his management and engineering accomplishments. Dr. Konrad Krakowiak

Konrad J. Krakowiak, PhD holds an Assistant Professor position, in the Civil and environmental Engineering Department (CEE) and he is a director of the SERC Civil and Environmental Engineering Facility at University of Houston (UH). His current research activities include advanced experimental analysis and modeling of cement-based materials under thermo-chemo-mechanical loads including high temperature and pressure, cement geochemistry, development of novel reduced-aging and carbon neutral cement-based materials, and the effect nuclear radiation on the physical and mechanical properties of calcium-silicate-hydrates. Results of his research on chemo-mechanical analysis of cementitious materials, from the nano-scale to the macro-scale of engineering applications, has been published in various journals including Cement and Concrete Research, Nature Communications, and recently Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. He is an active member of the TRB committee on Basic Research and Emerging Technologies Related to Concrete - AFN10.??Dr. Krakowiak holds a Ph.D. in Mechanics of Structures and Materials, University of Minho, Portugal and a ?M.S. Nevan Clancy Hanumara

Dr. Hanumara is a Research Scientist in MIT Mechanical Engineering's Precision Engineering Research Group and he helped launch the MIT Tata Center for Technology + Design. His research and teaching focuses on human-centered mechanical design, with application in medical settings, emerging markets and anywhere persons and machines interact. He co-instruct the MIT Medical Device Design course, which fosters clinical-engineering collaborations to prototype new medical device technologies. Nevan works internationally and is a proponent of entrepreneurship as a mechanism for technology commercialization. He is the part-time COO of Raydiant Oximetry, Inc., which is developing a non-invasive fetal oxygen monitor for use during labor and delivery, and an advisor to Vidahora SL, which provides B2B wellness promotion services. He also co-teaches design thinking workshops that help companies strengthen cultures of innovation.??Nevan holds a PhD and MS in Mechanical engineering from MIT and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and BA in French from the University of Rhode Island.

Led a cross-functional team that developed the first "local for local" product for the emerging markets leveraging Indian ESPs. Partnered with an internal team and McKinsey & Co. consultants to secure BOD approved funding to establish Covidien's China R&D and India engineering centers.

Envisioned and established a greenfield R&D center in Shanghai, specifically created for localized ("tailored") products for the emerging markets. Vetted and hired the initial local (Chinese National) director-level leaders. Rapidly led technology transfer from global R&D to nascent China teams. Worked with CTO to hire and partner with a Chinese National (repatriated) as VP China R&D of the Shanghai site. Launched the first products from center within first year of operation. Established the initial product portfolio that resulted in more than a dozen products launched within five years with multi-million USD annual revenue growing at double digit rates.

Created and led extended R&D teams collocated at Medtronic Innovation Centers (MICs) based in Seoul & Osong, South Korea; Istanbul, Turkey; and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Designed, built, equipped, and commissioned all three R&D labs, elevating training facilities to innovation centers. Envisioned group charter, hired, trained, and coached the leaders and staff - creating effective "extended" team members for global development teams. Through deep "voice of customer" skills and technology scouting, developed a robust "bullpen" of projects for the global and localized product portfolios.

Reported to the President of the Patient Monitoring & Recovery (PMR) business unit, chaired the PMR R&D Council, instituted operating principles resulting in visibility and accountabilty of R&D projects, and unlocked funding for critical new projects.

Led the Medtronic Engineering & Innovation Center (MEIC) in Hyderabad, India for the Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (formerly Covidien), with over 200 engineers. Continued responsibility for the extended emerging markets R&D teams. Transformed MEIC from a pure Engineering Services team to a full-fledged R&D center, including launching the center's first PMA (Class 3) device, and bringing team morale to an all-time high.

Effective March 18, 2020, IIOT-OXYS, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), entered into the Collaboration Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Aingura IIoT, S.L. (“Aingura”) pursuant to which Aingura appointed and authorized the Company to act as the sales network of Aingura’s services and products. Aingura delivers engineered, high-tech solutions by implementing Smart Factory Operational Architectures. The Agreement has an initial term of one year from the execution date. Unless terminated prior, the Agreement automatically renews for successive annual periods, unless either party notifies the other in writing of its express intention not to renew the Agreement at least two months prior to the date of termination of the Agreement. Within ten calendar days of the execution of the Agreement, the Company will receive $46,500 from Aingura as an advance for certain accounts receivable of the Company from other clients and that amount will then be deducted from future moneys to be paid to the Company pursuant to the Agreement. The commission the Company will receive for each sale concluded pursuant to the Agreement will be determined by applying 15% of the net sale price of Aingura’s services and products sold, that is, the sale price once the taxes, commercial discounts and technical works developed by the Company on the contract have been deducted. Each party must refrain from performing the professional activity of promotion or sale of identical or similar and/or concurrent or competitive goods or services to those of the other party for the clients listed in an Annex to the Agreement during the term of the Agreement and one year from the date of termination of the Agreement. http://irdirect.net/filings/viewer/index/1290658/000168316820000870/

Pay close attention to this post, since ITOX covers 3 sectors for now, maybe they will add as time goes by, but this biotech sector and preventative maintenance is going to be the game changer for this stock, all one has to do is work on the market caps that are mentioned in this article and gauge the enormous possibility for this ticker. I truly believe that this ticker is going to hit promise land by end of Summer. Loading time tomorrow and beyond.
