Facebook page of NorthStack, a media company out of Iceland, put out this claim yesterday:
"The Icelandic fintech startup Memento Payments just signed a long-term contract with Concierge Technologies"

Seems that Memento has been working with MaryGold for some time now. A week back Memento did add some info on their site:

So far no other CNCG news or 8k filing regarding a so called new contract.
