"3/11 PR
“Keith Berman, CEO of DECN commented, "Because we perfected the Impedance technology in 2019 for our GenUltimate TBG glucose test strip and meter, we have shaved months off of the development time for the GenViro! device.”

3/11?

The post I wrote and that you responded to said this:
On March 3rd:
Keith Berman, CEO of DECN commented,"We have the technology perfected...."

Your response was:
"I think twice he mentions 2019 as the year in which they perfected it, which could not have been a reference to COVID - he followed by indicating the "perfection" would "save months of development time," which clearly suggests that some development was still needed"
There was no mention of 2019 in the 3/3 press release in question or of the 3/11 release in your response. What he may or may have said at a later time (perhaps after giving some thought as to the potential repercussions of the March 3rd statement) may speak to his having second thoughts about his earlier statement but that doesn't address my post, which was specifically directed to the 3/3 release.

The SEC said this:
"because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace since at least March 3, 2020."
Feel free to tell the SEC "butbutbut he said so-and-so on
3/11" and see if they care. I know that I don't and I don't think that they would.

I'm tryin ta think but nuttin happens......Curly
