Re #15949 and #15951 According to the lawsuit Top Class invested $2,500,000 in the Defendant Saean Nevada.


28. The Defendant SAEAN NEVADA is also a shell company. The only investments in the Defendant since inception were a $100,000 USD promissory note issued to LEE and a $2,500,000 USD promissory note issued to Top Class Investment, Inc., a South Korean corporation ("TOP CLASS") operated by Myoung Chun Park ("PARK") on April 17, 2019 and April 29, 2019 respectively.
