Have been around Amarin and JT long enough to feel pretty sure - its 'All In' on appeal - no change in GIA in US - as have been the plan all along.

Anything other than that would really surprise me.

The company started in 1993 - 27 years ago. I dont recall exactly - but I mean to remember JT started in 2009 as CEO.

The timeline of Appeal case to be resolved in 'months' - that is not 'in itself' scaring to the company. And I do have the feeling (listening to JT recently) that this case it almost 'Personal to Him' as the head of Amarin.

Guessing - I think 'No Settlement' - GIA - putting it all on Appeal.
