I'm hearing some may file suit as Bryan made a public announcement promising a new turbine by 2013. I seriously can not believe it has already been that long and it's bull shit that they just quit filing after also making a public announcement to up list.

All I know is that something has to happen or I will join in on a class action. I was asked to be the lead plaintiff so I know they are serious.

Bryan if you read this, you're time is up and if you find it so impossible to file on time and simply refuse to inform and talk to shareholders after making public promises that you simply ignore after taking their money, then you'll be talking to a judge.

You had better do something. Shareholders have had it with your bull shit.
