For the record Brett Rosen and his company RB capital gave greenbox over a million dollars to merge into asae along with the note. His shares are restricted and guess what do the math he will not be dumping shares for a loss or why give the company the money anyways. This guy is a businessman and if he had a million to give to the company some would say a good businessman so making profit is his thing.
