I agree that it was a buy . MM shenanigans at work .

I see quite often ( especially thinly traded stocks ) a buy go through between the bid and ask .

Since the trade price was lower than the previous trade it "looks" like a sell .

I would welcome somebody doing something that creates volume and value .
