IMO... Lee didn't have to sell any shares of EMPM. SAEAN is still a private company and never fully merged as far as I can tell. He sold private placements and certificates to Korean investors. This was a shell for Lee to raise private money. First LEOM now EMPM not looking too good for Lee to ever take a company public.
