Number of US wells to be shut-in or abandoned looks to around 800K to get a 1 million bbl/d cut in production. That will be not be easy to achieve. Canada will stop the mining projects but not the thermal projects but that's only 1 million bbl/d. Not sure if Brazil is willing to do much given their low opex. I don't think we get anywhere close to 5 million bbl/d reduction in the Americas.
