IronchefQuezon, it definitely has not helped that groundbreaking has been announced every year for the last decade, but nothing has come from any of those news releases. Visible construction on the site would go a long ways to improve investor confidence. Most likely, they are still unable to obtain the necessary financing to get the project started. Money is always the key.
