It’s been almost a year since they announced the hiring of that CTO, so hopefully he has something to show since that time.

I’m not clear what happened with the original patent, but I looked up the application about a week ago and it had an “abandoned” status. There was some power of attorney activity that had preceded this change in status though, so can’t say for sure if it’s truly dead now or not.
