So you do not need a control number if you log in as a guest.

You will need the control number if you intend to vote AT THE MEETING. But that is a more rigorous process, especially if you do not have an account with ComputerShare. That is why the company is especially encouraging BENEFICIAL shareholders to vote first through ProxyVote.com and then register as a guest.

As a shareholder of a public company you may hold shares directly or indirectly: A registered owner or record holder holds shares directly with the company. A beneficial owner holds shares indirectly, through a bank or broker-dealer.

If you have an account holding NWBO shares already with ComputerShare, then you can log in without much problem that way. But if your shares are held at the usual Charles Schwab, E-Trade, Fidelity, and all the rest, it is MUCH EASIER TO SIMPLY VOTE YOUR SHARES AS YOU USUALLY DO AND LOG IN AS A GUEST TO THE ASM.

That's it. Very simple.

By the way, if you typically use Safari as your internet browser, I'd instead suggest that you use Google's Chrome. I found that the link wasn't protected when I went through Safari. That's not that unusual. There are other govt. website (resale, etc.) that work correctly on Chrome, and not on Safari.
