That cash4 is exactly how I feel things have transpired until now...with so much invested personally by so many insiders and that major investor Dale Broadrick, they are not simply going to dump everything for a song and walk away...the plan is to settle with the creditors and strike a deal with the new owners (most likely insiders) such that the company continues with its tests, etc. attempting to squeeze maximum value from its patents, phase III products and other IPs...the stock might languish for a while, but it sure will rise like a phoenix from the ashes...just ignore the naysayers as they have a different agenda...
