If $10 and $1B for 40% of the company is a "fire sale price" what's $4.78?

Lets be real, this isnt going for $20 without an appeal turning things around. Ya'll need to focus on what's important - winning the appeal. Getting BP in our corner is what's needed whatever it takes, "fire sale" or no.
