On July 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of View Systems, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the "Company"), authorized the execution of that certain Acquisition Agreement with Sannabis S.A.S., a Cali, Colombia corporation. Sannabis is a privately held corporation.

From 10-Q We have announced that we have acquired a company called Sannabis that grows and ships Cannabis grown for medical and industrial purposes. We have filled an 8K the effect on July 31, 2019. We expect the acquisition to be complete in the first quarter of 2020.
