Why isn't that an appealable error by the court?

If the question is whether certain aspects were obvious for a patent for TG > 500 but literally none of the trials that Du is considering were for TG > 500, how is that not an error and how is that relevant? And the why isn't the fact that she found that relevant appealable?

Like the example that I gave earlier about a cancer trial for 70+ year olds. If a 5 year old accidentally takes it and dies, could it be concluded that this drug is deadly for 70 year olds?
