that 3/30 FINAL JUDGEMENT FROM THE SCOTUS WAS STANDARD AND PROCEDURAL........the SCOTUS has to make record that it was mailing the original case back to the 10th F/D/C..........(yawn)..............

Looks to me like more litigation--goes back to 10th F/D/C for them to rule per SCOTUS
