the TA has to account for all shares, to be able to change the stock # and name on every electronic share, so if some claim to hold and sell 1 milly they better have proof in their account of those shares, if not then yes they have to go buy shares in open market, to cover what they sold, CareClix ready for a great Friday to new 52wk highs for SOLI
