What I would do because I'm so smart is make a deal with the note holders and buyout all the stock put a tender offer 200% higher than the closing market so nobody can argue whether or not it's fair. The note holders get paid back over time and management ends up owning the entire company and give the noteholders a kicker.

But management isn't built that way they are decent people and want to see the company succeed. Too bad I would help them finance that.

With that said they'll end up owning 70 or 80% to this company anyhow once they convert out their notes so it's all moot.
