The note holders get paid back over time and management ends up owning the entire company and give the noteholders a kicker. But management isn't built that way they are decent people and want to see the company succeed. Too bad I would help them finance that. With that said they'll end up owning 70 or 80% to this company anyhow once they convert out their notes so it's all moot.
