NYSE Uplist is 100% going to happen. Now the timing of when it happens may be delayed. That’s true. But there is technically no roadblock once the S1 is approved.

The S1 approval is the green light. Now I personally think they will wait 3, 6 or even 9 months before actually uplisting so the pps will have an opportunity to rise organically. That’s what everybody wants, management included.

But the S1 allows them to uplist at their discretion. So any statement that the NYSE uplist is completely off the table makes no sense.

It’s gonna happen. It’s just the timing that’s in question. My guess is late this year to early 2021.
