Adding TOMZ in this $0.53 to $0.58 area. Got this email from IR:

The company exchanged $4,500,000 in convertible debt @.54/share, the agreed conversion price in the notes issued three years ago.
The shares were always going to be unrestricted when issued pursuant to Rule 144.

The Company is debt free with ample cash on hand to grow the business.

A 5% increase in shares is well worth discarding $4,500,000. If you don't agree and are unhappy, sell your shares.

I think they are about done. Just saw a 100,000 trade go at $0.53 and the bid didn't move. Out of all the CV tickers this one hasn't run yet and should be the one a ton higher from here. Solid bottom forming imo.
