I don' think this is finished either... But I recognize the optics here. So , be happy we have a clean SS , no convertible debt.

I don't think new ownership understands the importance of the back office stuff and how it impacts shareholder confidence... Its like they are operating a publicly traded company as if its a private firm.

So fingers crossed, there is still a chance they are fulfilling their operating plans, and hopefully they get some help with the Public side of this.
