.......I've been searching............I placed a call with our atty.................might be a procedural formality given that the FDIC did not refile the case.........that's my opinion............

....and I believe that FC via venable LLP (ahem!!!!) may have filed its formal request that the uwbi BK be closed, also on 3/30/2020.......just my hunch........................

......BIG MONEY is still involved with this monster.......FC and the FDIC, not us GNATS............................so these AHs are lawyered up and careful............I mean, we are at the SCOTUS........with the FDIC and FC owns us.................

......I love drama..........and we have it with this mess.......

......good catch, Ms. NEWTOGAME........(not LT with the GIANTS nor Secretariat in the Belmont, but admirable)............
