Given past experiences at NWBO with others trying to steal IP, it seems highly unlikely he’d not have a contract with all of the usual protections. That he would not be subject to such a clause, plus the combination trial switch, and other indicators may point positively in my opinion. He may have gone back “early” just to preserve cash. That’s seeing it in the best light. Just all guesses and suspicion on my part, but seems like a reasonable view and comports with a positive case reading.
