This is what happened.
Planned calculated fluff PR to get the stock price up.
I will tell you why it was a BS fluff PR in a moment.
After price moves up as planned, announce secondary dilution.
Stock over tanks in reaction to only approx. a 1.25 million share dilution.
CEO plays us with scheme, now guess who is involved?
Sabby.
Stock will move up over 12 again today, but
notice how CEO said NOTHING about how the patient was doing?!
What an opportunity to have the stock go to 50 if only he could have said anything about the patient improving!!!! But he didn't;t. WHY?
