I’ve told people before I’ve done one other investment like this but as A private equity investment. This feels -close- to the same minus the fact you can leave at any time so you get no gaurentees like a note.

But it’s more like the dollar....sands future is secured with Klug running it. He either steers this massive ship into the promise land, or the ship gets picked up by a larger vessel and then goes to promise land.
