I understand all that. My question is why was there a need to put it in print? If delays occur, deal with it then. No need to present possible negatives that haven't occurred yet.

I mentioned Dr. Evans because his trial ended in November and we're now going on several months of waiting for some news on its journal submission status. The publication of those results in a major scientific journal could certainly help with the share price. Why no word on that?
