So I did some digging/dd last night and cardinal tried to buy hsi for $517 million in 2010. The company can only be worth more now not to mention the default value is $80 million in assets and at a 10% ratio which is basically in the 8k puts existing shareholders at 8 million or 8mm/12733306 outstanding puts us in dollars.... if it is 10% of ~ 517mm....look out above!
