They don't have millions on hand to dump. They have to convert and get shares issued. That takes a least a day and they can only do around 2-3 million a day. If this gets any volume they won't be able to convert in time and this will take off. Volume has been picking up down here so there is definitely accumulation with a goal of making money. Will see....the days of this going to a dollar are pretty much over but there is no reason this couldn't hit .05-.10 on a momo.
