As they say in the market, they sell for a thousand reasons, they only buy for one. If you drill down a little deeper than the surface of that tasty tidbit it becomes a little less tasty.

Hint: Check on schedule selling plans. All big CEO’s have them in place, it’s automatic and keeps them from being guilty of insider trading. Of course he could also be about to buy real estate or a yacht or an airliner or any other of the thousand reasons.
