Actually Craig I believe that Caroline stated that the quarterlies would be released at the end of March, not April. They were due at the end of February but were delayed by 30 days. That's my recollection anyway. That's why I expect them to be released after the close today, on a Friday so that hopefully the weekend will lessen the stench.

I am absolutely flabbergasted that they aren't holding a conference call. With a conference call the company could highlight and focus on the forward guidance and lessen the impact of what is sure to be an unimpressive quarterly report.
