Because on that day trump gave a press conference and specifically focused on chloroquine as working which took the wind out of the others sails. Now they are finding chloroquine does not work... but everyone has moved on already to other undervalued stocks. I was watching live and within seconds Regeneron and Gilead prices dropped and stayed down ever since. Pretty much no one cares anymore, too much money to be made elsewhere for the risk.
