There was a PI set up at Johns Hopkins. Everything was ready and the HINI patients/virus stopped. The PI was to test LEAPs with the patients blood outside the body. All of the protocols were in place but no new patients to test.

This time I think we are in more of a mode to find something/anything to stop patients from dying. Dr Ross seems like the right guy for this with his experience with animal tests and vaccines/infectious diseases.

All he needs is some patients to test with Coronavirus.
