Food for thought:

GIFA INC. Has had several years with the knowledge of already being and having the know how to be a billion+ dollar company with the ability to grow even bigger since 2016! Hard times or not according to the last news release. GIFA is still growing considerably! What may seem like a slowdown for a company of this size and track record may not even seem like a big deal to the average person!

GIFA Holding LTD sold 30% of their shares in 2016 worth $700 million.
$1.63 billion dollars worth of company shares are left after the transaction.

THINK ABOUT THIS FOR A SECOND!
$1.63 billion dollars is roughly $12 a share!

At one point GIFA has had around 137-300 employees getting paid $1130 dollars a week.
= at least 8.4 million dollars + the 12 million dollar gifa building.

This is a great buying point, IMHO! I am hoping and I do believe there is plenty of evidence that GIFA is a very, very, very undervalued company.

Hoping real news, with real valuation numbers come in the very, very near future as we have been seeing some possible hints that financials could be posted anytime now. If they're not posted anytime soon... I will continue to hold my shares as I do like my risk/reward factor here a LOT and I do mean a LOT! I personally believe that the .30 run a while back will only be a drop in the bucket when this thing does finely has its big day!

Just a side note of personal honesty & frustration I am going through!
I am just as frustrated as the next investor who has been in this for a long time! I have personally spent a lot and I do mean a lot of time researching GIFA, it's history to date. I have spent money outside of my personal investment on research about and on GIFA INC. and it's subsidiaries. I have personally made many, many phone calls, I paid a investigative journalist who talked to locals, people who work for GIFA, people who no longer work for GIFA, and people who have done business with GIFA.

1. People who work for GIFA all seem to have a pretty positive attitude about GIFA and the actual size they think the company is.
2. With the exception of 2 people that no longer work for GIFA out of the 10 to 15 (can't remember off the top of my head but somewhere between 10 to 15) that we were able to get a response from were very happy with the company. It seems like a lot of them were interns working different parts of the financial end of the company in some capacity.
3. The locals the journalist was talking to where around GIFA INC. 12 million-dollar Cypress headquarters. The locals seem to have negative feelings about the company. I am not to sure to why exactly. It seems like they feel that GIFA is part of the government in Cyprus and have a very bias attitude towards the company without having no real knowledge of what GIFA actually does or represents to the community. This one is puzzling to me because Kisa is a big advocate for the people of Cyprus.
4. The two people we were able to talk to that worked on getting loans from GIFA for their business had very positive feedback. They wouldn't say much outside of that they flew to Cyprus, was given a tour of the GIFA building, and said that they were very impressed at how professional GIFA was and the building was very, very impressive. They weren't permitted to give much details on anything else other than that GIFA is very much a real and legitimate company.

Take this information as you will. I have been invested in GIFA for a little over two years now waiting on financials. As you can see I believe that this is a great investment but this very UNUSUAL LONG WAIT FOR FINANCIALS IS VERY FRUSTRATING! This has caused even some of the most loyal shareholders to doubt there investment here. I personally and truly believe they will eventually come through though. Like I said earlier there seems to be some signs that GIFA will become current here in the very near future. Fingers crossed but not holding my breath. Those that are thinking about getting into GIFX... IMPO I believe anything at these prices is a steal even outright robbery!
